Air1 Diesel Exhaust Fluid is a non hazardous, easy to use operating fluid. Do not pour DEF into the diesel fuel tank. It is to be added into the separate DEF storage tank. Diesel Exhaust Fluid, if kept as per the storage guidelines, has a shelf life of up to one year.

Store with protection from extreme temperatures. Diesel Exhaust Fluid freezes at an ambient temperature of 12˚F.

Note: DEF equipped vehicles are designed to prevent Diesel Exhaust Fluid from freezing onboard.                            
Gently warm the container to melt the Diesel Exhaust Fluid, if it freezes in its storage container. Diesel Exhaust Fluid can be used again, once thawed, as it returns to its original state.
